By completing the registration process you confirm that you are at least 18
years of age, that you are eligible to use the Service, and that you agree to be
bound by all of these Terms.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to:
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself
("Registration Data").
(b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true,
accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue,
inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Amazing Lay Profits has the right to
suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use
of the Service (or any portion thereof).
Any subscription offered as a "trial" of the service is strictly limited to 1
(one) per email address/person - this includes any special offers made at any
time, and subscriptions via our ebay store. Once the trial subscription has
expired, we will contact you to advice that selections will cease - in order to
continue receiving daily selections, you will need to subscribe using the "Join
Now" link, above. "Trial" subscriptions are only available to those that have
never used the service previously, and are not available to current/previous
subscribers.
You agree to immediately notify Amazing Lay Profits of any unauthorised use of
the information we provide, or any other breach of security.
Membership is taken out at the sole discretion of the client.
Cancellation of membership will be solely the clients responsibility.
Subscriptions already paid won't necessarily be refunded, however,
membership will lapse immediately and daily selections will cease.
No responsibility can be taken for any loss, financial or otherwise from
following any advice given either on this website or within any e-mails or sms
messages from Amazing Lay Profits.
No results can be at all guaranteed, all advice is given to the client to be
used completely at their own discretion, and past results are not in any way a
guarantee of future success.
In joining Amazing Lay Profits you are agreeing to keep all information advised
to you as a paying client, strictly confidential and solely for your own
personal use.
You agree that any information provided to you remains our property, along with
all tangible/non-tangible rights to that property - the only way that you can
pass this information to another person/organisation is by recruiting them via
our Affiliates Program. Any other sharing of information may result in
indefinite suspension, at our sole discretion.
There is no minimum term of Membership, and all paid subscriptions will be
recurring, (unless otherwise stated) any paid subscription fees will be
non-refundable. (unless otherwise stated)
Amazing Lay Profits cannot accept responsibility for any loss of service due to
Internet Service Providers, Mobile Networks or Hardware and Software faults,
either of its clients or its own.
We endeavour to supply information to clients the evening before racing, but
will guarantee receipt by 11.00am on the morning of racing. (we have never had
to rely on this clause, to date)
Membership fees are subject to periodic review.
Any membership/subscription may be terminated by Amazing Lay Profits, or you, as
a subscriber, without notice. We will always endeavour to communicate the
reason behind any termination before it happens, but their may be circumstances
where this isn't possible.
Any feedback, both positive or negative, howsoever provided, will become the
property of Amazing Lay Profits, and can be used however we deem necessary - all
personal details will be stored securely, and will never be accessed by a third
party. (Unless there is a UK legal obligation to do so, or to protect any asset
owned by Amazing Lay Profits)
